Growth Marketing Director for Pet Food Revolution

The RoleAs our Head of Growth D2C, you will report directly to our Managing Director, leading customer acquisition across digital and offline marketing channels. Your responsibilities will include:
- Developing and executing a holistic customer acquisition strategy across paid search, social media, offline campaigns, and partnerships.
- Collaborating with the Head of Performance Marketing to drive customer acquisition across all channels, working closely together with external agency partners to optimize LifeTime Value (LTV) and reduce customer acquisition costs (CAC).
- Partnering with the Senior Offline Marketing Manager to complement digital campaigns with direct mail, OOH, events, and partnerships.
- Managing marketing budgets effectively, ensuring campaigns align with business goals.
- Collaborating with cross-functional teams, including Product, Data, and Customer Happiness, to create a seamless customer experience.
To succeed in this role, you will need:
- A proven track record in leading marketing or customer acquisition in a high-growth, tech-driven D2C business.
- Experience scaling customer acquisition 10x from ground zero and growing marketing budgets from £150K per month to £500K per month.
- An analytical mindset with expertise in using marketing analytics to drive performance.
- A passion for building brands and driving customer-centric growth.
- Strong strategic leadership skills, with the ability to collaborate across departments to ensure success.
- A hands-on approach, with a willingness to roll up your sleeves and drive results in a fast-paced environment.
