Job Summary

The Project Manager will be responsible for the day-to-day management of projects, planning and overseeing the full project lifecycle. This includes organising people, tasks, and resources to ensure successful project delivery, meeting goals and ensuring projects are completed on time and within budget.

Key Responsibilities
  • Maintain a safe working environment and report any incidents to your manager
  • Develop and optimise operations plans to achieve company goals and exceed customer expectations
  • Perform work assignments for implementing business operations and determine operational risk factors
  • Identify and implement process improvements and cost optimisation initiatives
  • Provide regular operations reviews and develop project trackers to ensure costs are controlled and resources are planned accurately
  • Implement changes in workflow and work scope to meet business expectations
  • Create, implement, manage, and regularly review documentation to support project delivery
Requirements
  • 3+ years of experience in a similar project management role at a similar level
  • Effective management and leadership skills
  • Experience in a customer-facing or pre-sales role
  • Experience of leading and contributing to change/improvement initiatives
  • Contextual appreciation of the document/records management sector
Desirable Qualifications
  • Direct experience in the document/information management sector
  • Experience of working with public sector organisations
