Senior Recoveries Executive

Slough (hybrid working)

£35,000 to £40,000 plus bonus and benefits

CBC Resourcing Solutions is seeking a Senior Recoveries Executive to join our team. As a key member of our recoveries team, you will be responsible for maximising recoveries through negotiation, dispute resolution, and litigation.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Maximise recoveries through effective negotiation, payment arrangements, and dispute resolution
  • Liaise with lessees, external parties, and customers to resolve disputes and litigation cases
  • Conduct financial reviews to determine appropriate action, including payment arrangements, settlement negotiations, and legal proceedings
  • Support customers in financial difficulty or vulnerable situations to ensure fair treatment and best outcomes
  • Collaborate with the Customer Relations Department to resolve agreement disputes
  • Manage claims through the court process, including issuing particulars of claim, handling defended cases, and preparing witness statements
  • Support the insolvency portfolio to achieve the best possible outcome through novations, asset sales, and settlements
  • Share insights from the bad debt portfolio with other areas of the business
  • Log payments received on bad debt cases and maintain up-to-date reports
