Senior Recoveries Executive

Slough (hybrid working)

£35,000 to £40,000 plus bonus and benefits

CBC Resourcing Solutions is seeking a Senior Recoveries Executive to join our team. As a key member of our recoveries team, you will be responsible for maximising recoveries through negotiation, dispute resolution, and litigation.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Maximise recoveries through effective negotiation, payment arrangements, and dispute resolution
  • Liaise with lessees, external parties, and customers to resolve disputes and negotiate settlements
  • Conduct financial reviews to determine appropriate action, including payment arrangements and legal proceedings
  • Support customers in financial difficulty or vulnerable situations to ensure fair treatment and best outcomes
  • Work with the Customer Relations Department to resolve agreement disputes
  • Manage claims through the court process, including issuing particulars of claim and preparing witness statements
  • Support the insolvency portfolio to achieve the best possible outcome through novations, asset sales, and settlements
  • Collaborate with other areas of the business to share insights from the bad debt portfolio
  • Log payments received on bad debt cases and maintain up-to-date reports

This is a challenging and rewarding role that requires strong communication and negotiation skills. As a Senior Recoveries Executive, you will have the opportunity to work with a variety of customers and external parties to resolve disputes and maximise recoveries.

Requirements:

To be successful in this role, you will need to have a strong understanding of debt recovery and negotiation techniques. You will also need to be able to work effectively in a team and communicate complex information to customers and external parties.
