We are seeking a professional Relief Care Supervisor to join our team at McCarthy Stone, a leading provider of retirement living communities. As a Relief Care Supervisor, you will play a vital role in ensuring the smooth operation of our community, providing exceptional care and support to our residents.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage the security and safety of the development, ensuring the well-being of residents and staff.
- Oversee the Care and Support teams, providing guidance and support as needed.
- Coordinate and facilitate activities that promote community spirit and resident engagement.
- Work closely with Estate Managers and Operations Manager to ensure seamless day-to-day operations.
- Provide emergency support to residents during night shifts, ensuring their needs are met promptly and efficiently.
Requirements:
- Previous experience in a Senior Care position, with a minimum of L2 in Health and Social Care.
- Excellent care skills and a warm, friendly, and organized approach.
- Ability to work flexible hours, including day and night shifts, weekdays, and weekends.
- Keen to take on responsibility and lead by example, thinking on their feet to resolve issues.
- Driven to continue growing their skills and make a positive difference to the lives of older people.
