Job Description
This role requires a qualified and experienced Mental Health Support Professional to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for delivering personalized support to students facing SEMH challenges, ensuring they can access and engage with the curriculum. This will involve facilitating group and one-to-one sessions that promote social skills, self-esteem, and academic achievement.

Responsibilities
- Deliver personalized support to students with SEMH needs
- Liaise with parents, teachers, and external agencies to coordinate comprehensive support for students
- Facilitate group and one-to-one sessions that promote social skills, self-esteem, and academic achievement

Requirements
- A genuine interest in working with children with SEMH needs
- Previous experience in supporting young people with challenging behaviors in an educational setting
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
- Possession of a current Enhanced DBS on the Update Service
- Relevant qualifications in youth work, counseling, psychology, or education are highly desirable

Salary and Benefits
