Chiltern Recruitment is currently recruiting for Assembly Technicians to join a local Manufacturing Company's production team.
This role involves manual handling and requires a keen eye for detail. While previous Assembly experience is desirable, full training will be provided.
As an Assembly Technician, you will report to the Team Leader and become an integral part of the project delivery team.
Key Responsibilities:
- Perform Assembly tasks with attention to detail
- Work collaboratively with the production team
- Participate in training programs to develop Assembly skills
- Contribute to the achievement of production targets
Requirements:
- Previous Assembly experience is desirable but not essential
- Key eye for detail and ability to work accurately
- Reliable and diligent with a willingness to learn
- Team player with a flexible approach to work
- GCSE level education or equivalent
Working Hours: Monday to Friday, 8.00 am - 17.00 pm
