Key Responsibilities:
- Manage your workload to ensure all milestones are achieved, working from the team production plan.
- Support the implementation of best practice processes, techniques, and continuous improvement methods.
- Operate within the Quality policy and procedures as defined in the quality system.
- Maintain a flexible attitude and approach to changing requirements and priorities.
- Monitor and report on existing processes, indicating the need for corrective action as required.
- Support the Cell Leader in improving the performance and development of the team.
- Establish and maintain close and effective working relationships with other members of the team.
- Ensure personal and team compliance with Health and Safety policy and procedures.
What We're Looking For:
We're seeking an Assembly Technician with a recognized relevant engineering qualification, such as an apprenticeship or NVQ, and experience in a similar role. You should have good practical knowledge of skills such as mechanical assembly, electrical and electronic assembly, wiring looms, electrical soldering, surface mount soldering, and bench assemblies.
