Job Title: HR Advisor - ER Specialist
Overview: BRAMAH HR LTD seeks an experienced HR professional to support its HR and Employee Relations functions. This role focuses on empowering and advising line managers, ensuring a positive experience for employees throughout their journey with the organization.
Main Responsibilities:
- Act as the primary contact for Employee Relations matters, providing advice and support on various employee issues.
- Work closely with line managers to ensure they have the necessary tools and knowledge to effectively manage their teams.
- Assist with recruitment processes, including shortlisting, interviewing, and onboarding, while ensuring compliance with best practices.
- Maintain and update employee records, processing essential information for payroll and conducting audits to ensure regulatory compliance.
- Provide support with offboarding processes and gather feedback through exit interviews to drive continuous improvement.
- Collaborate on key HR initiatives, such as Equality, Diversity & Inclusion (EDI), to foster a positive and inclusive workplace culture.
Qualifications & Skills:
- Strong experience in HR and Employee Relations.
- Excellent communication and coaching skills, with the ability to empower and support managers.
- Detail-oriented, with experience in managing HR systems and conducting audits.
- A collaborative and proactive approach to working within HR and across departments.
Estimated Salary: £35,000 - £45,000 per annum.
