Job Description:
We are looking for a skilled HR Advisor to join our team, supporting our HR and Employee Relations functions. The successful candidate will provide guidance across various HR initiatives, ensuring a positive experience for all employees. Key responsibilities include acting as the primary contact for Employee Relations matters, working closely with line managers, and assisting with recruitment processes.

Key Responsibilities:
- Provide guidance on Employee Relations matters, supporting line managers and employees.
- Develop and maintain accurate employee records, ensuring compliance with regulations.
- Assist with recruitment processes, including shortlisting and interviewing candidates.

Requirements:
- 2+ years of experience in HR and Employee Relations.
- Excellent communication and coaching skills to empower and support managers.
- Strong attention to detail, with experience in managing HR systems and conducting audits.

**Estimated Salary:** £45,000 - £55,000 per annum.
