The Role
We are seeking an Assistant HR Advisor to join our busy and highly regarded HR Team. As an HR Advisor, you will work with colleagues at all levels to provide high-quality HR advice and support across the organization.
This role offers a great development opportunity for someone looking to grow their career within a local authority. You will have the chance to work on a range of projects and contribute to the delivery of our organizational goals.
What You'll Need
- A solid understanding of effective people management practices
- A good foundation knowledge of broad HR topics
- CIPD Level 3 qualification
Benefits
- Estimated salary: £28,000 - £35,000 per annum, depending on experience
- 25 days' annual leave plus bank holidays (increasing to 30 days after five years' service)
