Job Summary

We are seeking a skilled Senior Marine Systems Engineer to join our team at Expleo. As a key member of our Engineering Team, you will play a critical role in delivering complex multi-functional projects.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead the integration of technical functions across project teams to ensure technical requirements are met.
  • Develop capabilities to support project delivery.
  • Support deliverable checking and process improvement.
  • Act as the technical focal point, building strong working relationships with customers.
  • Provide expert advice and support to Team Leaders and members to ensure project success.
  • Collaborate with The Technical Authority and functional teams to ensure technical governance and compliance with QMS.
  • Identify and support cost-saving initiatives.
  • Develop team members, enhancing their understanding of project functions.
  • Consult on training needs with the Head of Business and Chief Engineers.

Requirements

  • HNC/Degree in Mechanical Engineering.
  • Experience in Marine hardware, systems, and standards.
  • Proven leadership in Engineering Teams, delivering complex projects.
  • Strong Engineering background and experience in customer-facing roles.
  • Marine Defence experience is preferred.
  • Minimum 10 years of experience.
