About the Role

Powertutors is a national tuition agency working with schools and local authorities to provide tuition to children and young people with special educational needs and disabilities.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage a large number of clients, tutors, and young people in your area.
  • Account management involves meeting clients face-to-face, calling clients, and other activities.
  • During school holidays, account managers are involved in the recruitment of tutors.
  • Oversee student cases from start to finish, ensuring a positive experience for all parties.
  • Foster strong relationships with clients, parents/guardians, and tutors, creating a supportive learning environment.

Requirements

  • Minimum of GCSE English at Grade 6/7/B or higher.
  • A degree in a relevant field is preferred.
  • Excellent organisational and time-management abilities.
