Account Manager

We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Account Manager to join our dynamic team at Found-U Ltd. As an Account Manager, you will be responsible for building and maintaining strong relationships with our dealer partners, driving business growth, and ensuring seamless project execution.
Key Responsibilities- Relationship Building: Develop and nurture trusting relationships with dealer partners through regular communication, ensuring a high level of satisfaction and loyalty.
- Query Management: Manage inbound dealer queries from start to resolution, maintaining a high standard of service and ensuring timely resolution.
- Project Coordination: Collaborate with the marketing team to implement dealer trading plans, ensuring smooth execution and excellent service delivery.
- Reporting and Analysis: Manage dealer reporting requests, ensuring data accuracy and providing insights to drive business growth.
- A minimum of 2 years' experience in Account Management or a customer-facing role.
- Proven success in a fast-paced, multi-tasking environment, ideally in industries such as manufacturing, logistics, office supplies, FMCG, or retail.
- Strong communication and rapport-building skills, with the ability to engage and inspire dealer partners.
- Intermediate Excel skills, capable of analysing and manipulating data.
- Highly organized with the ability to manage multiple client action plans and meet deadlines.
