Sales and CRM Administrator Role

Are you an experienced sales administrator looking for a new challenge? We are seeking a skilled and organized individual to join our sales team as a Sales and CRM Administrator.

Key Responsibilities
  1. Screen and log customer inquiries, including phone calls and emails, to ensure timely and effective communication.
  2. Assign sales inquiries and opportunities to the relevant sales team member or distributor, ensuring seamless collaboration and customer satisfaction.
  3. Process and log orders on our system, maintaining accurate and up-to-date records.
  4. Keep customers informed about their orders, providing detailed information and updates as necessary.
  5. Work closely with the sales team and production to ensure orders are checked and released within agreed timeframes.
  6. Liaise with stores personnel to ensure timely shipping of customer orders.
  7. Monitor and maintain accurate CRM data, ensuring it is up-to-date and reflects the latest customer interactions.
  8. Provide administrative support to the sales team as needed, ensuring their tasks are completed efficiently and effectively.
Requirements
  1. Proven experience in a sales administration role, preferably in manufacturing or engineering.
  2. Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office, with the ability to learn new systems quickly.
  3. Knowledge of administration recordkeeping practices and organizational skills.
  4. Ability to work to deadlines and prioritize tasks effectively.
