Job Summary

The successful candidate will have experience in all types of painting and decorating, as well as general maintenance tasks. You will also possess excellent communication skills, with the ability to work at all levels and record detailed maintenance information. A full valid driving license is essential for this role, and travel to other sites may be required on occasion.

Responsibilities

  • Provide a comprehensive maintenance service, including repairs, routine maintenance, and minor refurbishments
  • Carry out a range of tasks, including basic joinery, plumbing, painting, and general building work
  • Maintain plant, services, and vehicles in working order
  • Comply with safe working practices and report any faulty equipment or potential hazards
  • Travel to other sites and on occasions be on call to carry out emergency repairs outside of normal working hours

Your Skills and Qualifications

Salary Information

£35,000 - £45,000 per annum, dependent on experience.
