Job Description

We are seeking a highly skilled Electrical Maintenance Specialist to join our team in Colchester. The successful candidate will be responsible for carrying out all aspects of electrical repairs and fault finding within occupied properties.

The ideal candidate will have a strong background in electrical maintenance, with a CITY & GUILDS NVQ LEVEL 3 qualification and experience with the 18th EDITION WIRING REGULATIONS BS7671.

The salary for this position is estimated to be around £35,000 - £45,000 per annum, depending on experience.

Benefits include a van and fuel card, 25 days annual leave rising to 28 days plus Bank Holidays, Buy and Sell up to 5 days holiday, and a Company Sick Pay Scheme based on length of service.
