We are seeking a skilled Project Office Administrator to join our team in Teesside. This is a 12-month fixed-term contract with potential for extension or future opportunities.
Key Responsibilities:- Organize administrative activities to ensure smooth office operations.
- Register project documentation and provide it to key stakeholders and internal teams.
- Ensure project documents comply with the project numbering system and maintain historical records.
- Purchase office stationery and maintain records of collections and disbursements.
- Manage a human resources information system (HRIS) to track employee data.
- Support local HR administrative tasks.
- Collaborate with the BP UK office on administrative matters.
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or Economics (advantageous).
- 2-3 years of experience in office administration, facility management, or document management.
- Proficient English language skills.
- Previous experience with large engineering and construction projects (advantageous).
