Project Office Administrator

Blue Projects is a dynamic consulting company that delivers customized Engineering and Project Management solutions to clients in the industrial sector.

We are seeking a skilled Project Office Administrator to join our team in Teesside. This is a 12-month fixed-term contract with potential for extension or future opportunities.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Organize administrative activities to ensure smooth office operations.
  • Register project documentation and provide it to key stakeholders and internal teams.
  • Ensure project documents comply with the project numbering system and maintain historical records.
  • Purchase office stationery and maintain records of collections and disbursements.
  • Manage a human resources information system (HRIS) to track employee data.
  • Support local HR administrative tasks.
  • Collaborate with the BP UK office on administrative matters.
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or Economics (advantageous).
  • 2-3 years of experience in office administration, facility management, or document management.
  • Proficient English language skills.
  • Previous experience with large engineering and construction projects (advantageous).
