Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Project Coordinator to join our team at Aldwych Consulting Ltd. As a Senior Project Coordinator, you will play a critical role in ensuring the successful delivery of our construction projects.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Project Scheduling: Develop and manage project schedules using Primavera P6, Microsoft Project, or similar software, based on design inputs and project requirements.
  • Team Collaboration: Work closely with design, engineering, and construction teams to develop schedules that ensure smooth project delivery and alignment with project goals.
  • Analysis and Optimisation: Input project data into scheduling software, analyse critical paths, and provide insights to optimise timelines and resources.
  • Progress Monitoring: Regularly track and report on project progress, ensuring adherence to schedules and making adjustments as needed.
  • Decision Support: Provide critical scheduling and planning insights to support informed decision-making across the project team.

Requirements:

  • Extensive Experience: Project management and planning within the construction industry, ideally on large-scale projects such as industrial, pharmaceutical or data centres (£100M+).
  • Software Proficiency: Strong skills in Primavera P6, Microsoft Project, or similar planning and scheduling tools.
  • Construction Knowledge: Deep understanding of building construction processes and principles.
  • Communication Skills: Ability to effectively communicate and coordinate with multiple teams and stakeholders.
  • Location: Must be based in North East England.
