Lab Scientist

We are seeking a highly skilled Lab Scientist to join our team at Better Dairy. As a key member of our laboratory team, you will be responsible for maintaining the highest standards of quality and cleanliness in our lab environment.
Key Responsibilities- Develop and maintain data reports, batch records, and SOPs on digital filing systems and hard copy lab-notebooks.
- Ensure the cleanliness and organization of the lab and surrounding areas.
- Perform regular equipment maintenance and cleaning to ensure production capacity and quality.
- Contribute to a high-performance team culture.
- Strong knowledge of microbiology and aseptic technique.
- Independence in media preparation, generating and maintaining cell banks, and carrying out process QC.
- Independence in methods for protein analysis, such as protein gels and Western blots.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, detail-oriented, proactive, and flexible.
