Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced Lead Software Architect to join our team. As a key member of our engineering team, you will be responsible for defining the technical direction of our product and leading a team of software engineers.

Key Responsibilities

  • Technical Leadership: Provide technical guidance and oversight to ensure the successful delivery of our product.
  • Team Management: Lead a team of software engineers and provide coaching and mentorship to help them grow in their careers.
  • Architecture: Design and implement the technical architecture of our product, ensuring it is scalable, secure, and meets the needs of our customers.
  • Collaboration: Work closely with cross-functional teams, including product management, design, and QA, to ensure our product meets the needs of our customers.
  • Problem-Solving: Identify and resolve complex technical issues that arise during the development process.

Requirements

  • Experience: 5+ years of experience in software development, with a strong focus on architecture and leadership.
  • Technical Skills: Proficiency in programming languages such as Java, Python, or C++, as well as experience with cloud-based technologies and agile development methodologies.
  • Leadership Skills: Proven ability to lead and manage teams, with a strong focus on communication, coaching, and mentoring.
