Key Responsibilities:
- Serve as the primary point of contact for laboratory equipment malfunctions, ensuring that critical scientific operations remain uninterrupted.
- Collaborate with key equipment users, the broader engineering team, and suppliers to maintain optimal functionality of essential laboratory instrument platforms.

- Design and implement a proactive maintenance strategy tailored to our client's specific laboratory platforms.

- Stay informed about advancements in Laboratory Automation.
- Create training materials for CBRE based on the intricate laboratory automation systems in your area of support, aimed at maximizing system efficiency through best practices.
- Build and maintain strong partnerships with Vendor Service Organizations.
- Act as a technical liaison during prolonged equipment issues involving multiple vendors.
- Oversee the reception of external contractors, ensuring compliance with health and safety documentation before handover to end users.
- Proven experience in the maintenance of scientific laboratory instruments or automation technologies.
- Background in pharmaceutical or regulated environments.
- Experience working within multidisciplinary, client-facing teams.
- Advanced technical expertise in the relevant field or experience servicing scientific equipment.
- Commitment to continuous improvement and innovative problem-solving.
- Strong understanding of device networking and communication protocols.
- Proficient in PC and Microsoft Office tools.
