Tutor Doctor Cambridge and Norwich is seeking experienced tutors to work in-person and online with schools and families in the Cambridge and Norwich area. We are looking for tutors in all subjects, particularly Primary Literacy and Numeracy, and Maths, Science, and English at GCSE and A Level.

About Tutor Doctor Cambridge and Norwich

We offer a unique tutoring service that meets the needs of each student. Our tutors are matched with students based on their criteria, including level, location, and subject. We take care of admin and renewals, allowing our tutors to focus on what they do best - teaching.

Responsibilities

  • Deliver 1:1 tutoring sessions at the student's home (generally evenings and weekends)
  • Deliver 1:1 or small group sessions in schools (generally during the school day)
  • Prepare and deliver tutoring sessions to best meet your student's academic needs and goals
  • Clarify and teach subject matter
  • Assess student's knowledge on a regular basis

Qualifications and Skills

Educated to degree level, but you don't necessarily need to be a qualified teacher. Experience in tutoring is essential. We are looking for individuals who have the passion and capability to help others learn and fulfill their potential, backed up by expertise in their subject.
