Paid Advertising Specialist

We are looking for a Paid Advertising Specialist to join our team. As a Paid Advertising Specialist, you will be responsible for developing and implementing paid advertising strategies to drive sales and revenue growth for our global Retailer clients.
The ideal candidate will have experience in managing Google Ads and Meta Ads accounts, a strong understanding of eCommerce customer acquisition strategies and performance marketing, and proven success in international campaign management and optimization. You will have excellent analytical skills to measure, refine, and elevate paid media performance.
Your day-to-day activities will include owning and executing paid media campaigns, developing and implementing strategies to expand campaigns into international markets, and taking full accountability for ad spend, revenue, CAC, and CPA/ROAS targets, ensuring optimal ROI within budget. You will work closely with the Marketing Manager and creative team to analyse performance data and guide creative content development for paid channels.
