About the Role:

We are seeking a highly organized and customer-focused Receptionist to join our team at Markel International Services Ltd. As the first point of contact for clients and visitors, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and ensuring a smooth and efficient experience for all who interact with our office.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage the reception desk and provide a warm welcome to clients and visitors
  • Coordinate conference facilities and room bookings, as well as catering requirements
  • Provide administrative support to the Operations and Support Services Manager
  • Ensure all post is managed and distributed in a timely manner, adhering to deadlines and data protection regulations
  • Provide excellent customer service for inbound reception calls, maintaining high service levels
  • Ensure all security and H&S requirements are maintained when welcoming visitors and new starters

Requirements:

  • Strong communication and organizational skills, with the ability to prioritize workload
  • Good IT skills, including attention to detail and accuracy when managing and logging calls
  • Excellent customer service skills, with a focus on delivering first-class client care and communication
  • Effective team player, with a positive and cooperative attitude towards colleagues
