About the Role

We are seeking a highly experienced Regional Financial Manager to join our team at Bolt Technology. As a key member of our leadership team, you will play a critical role in driving financial performance and strategic decision-making processes for our EU Rides operations.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement regional P&L strategies, working closely with senior leadership to deliver growth and profitability targets.
  • Assess and prioritize investments to drive topline growth, considering regional dynamics and collaborating with central teams.
  • Establish and maintain regional FP&A functions, including local financial risk assessment and mitigation, and develop scalable tools and solutions.
  • Deliver ad-hoc analysis and projects required by regional managers and directors to improve local financial positions.

About You:

  • You have a Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field; an MBA or relevant professional certification is a plus.
  • You have a minimum of 8 years of experience in finance, with at least 3 years in a business partner role.
  • You have a demonstrated ability to understand and navigate complex business environments, particularly within the European market.
  • You have a solid understanding of assessing business/investment cases such as ROI.
  • You have commercial awareness and business acumen, excellent communication and interpersonal skills, and the ability to build effective relationships across local and central stakeholders.
  • You have strong analytical and problem-solving skills, including proficiency in Excel or Google Sheets.
