Job Description

Bolt Technology is seeking an experienced Regional Financial Manager to join our team. This is an exciting opportunity to work with a fast-growing tech company that believes in making cities for people, not cars.

About the Job:

  • Partner with senior leadership to deliver on growth and profitability targets for the EU region.
  • Work on business and investment cases that require a high level of commercial and financial judgement.
  • Drive financial insights and contribute to the company's overall success.

Your Skills and Experience:

  • You have a Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field; an MBA or relevant professional certification is a plus.
  • You have a minimum of 8 years of experience in finance, with at least 3 years in a business partner role.
  • You have a demonstrated ability to understand and navigate complex business environments, particularly within the European market.
  • You have a solid understanding of assessing business/investment cases such as ROI.
  • You have commercial awareness and business acumen, excellent communication and interpersonal skills, and the ability to build effective relationships across local and central stakeholders.
  • You have strong analytical and problem-solving skills, including proficiency in Excel or Google Sheets.

Salary and Benefits:

  • A competitive salary range: $120,000 - $180,000 per year (based on location and experience).

  • The flexibility to work in a hybrid mode with a minimum of 2 days in the office each week to foster strong connections and teamwork.
