Native Ltd: Night Receptionist Opportunity

We are seeking a skilled and friendly Night Receptionist to join our team at Native Hyde Park. As a key member of our 24/7 on-site reception crew, you will be responsible for ensuring the smooth operation of our property overnight, providing exceptional service to our guests, and maintaining a safe and welcoming environment.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide exceptional customer service to guests, responding to their needs and resolving any issues in a timely and professional manner.
  • Manage the front desk and reception area, ensuring a clean and organized environment.
  • Process guest arrivals and departures, handling check-ins, check-outs, and key distributions.
  • Handle guest inquiries and requests, providing information and assistance as needed.
  • Collaborate with the housekeeping team to ensure seamless guest experiences.
  • Monitor and maintain the property's security and safety protocols.
Requirements:
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with guests, colleagues, and other stakeholders.
  • Proven ability to work independently and as part of a team, with a strong focus on customer satisfaction.
  • Previous experience in a customer-facing role, preferably in the hospitality industry.
  • Strong problem-solving skills, with the ability to think critically and resolve issues efficiently.
  • Proficiency in MS Word, Excel, and Outlook, with the ability to learn our internal database system.
