Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Night Receptionist to join our team at Native Hyde Park. As a Night Receptionist, you will be responsible for ensuring the smooth operation of the property overnight, providing exceptional customer service, and maintaining a safe and secure environment for guests and staff.

Key Responsibilities

  • Provide exceptional customer service to guests and visitors, responding to their needs and resolving any issues in a timely and professional manner.
  • Manage the front desk and reception area, ensuring that all guests and visitors are greeted and assisted in a friendly and efficient manner.
  • Process guest arrivals and departures, handling check-ins, check-outs, and room assignments.
  • Handle guest inquiries and requests, providing information and assistance as needed.
  • Maintain a safe and secure environment, ensuring that all guests and staff are aware of and comply with hotel policies and procedures.
  • Work collaboratively with other departments, including housekeeping, maintenance, and security, to ensure seamless operations.
  • Perform other duties as assigned by management.

Requirements

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to interact with guests and staff in a professional and courteous manner.
  • Proven experience in a customer-facing role, with a strong track record of providing exceptional service.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team, with a strong focus on collaboration and communication.
  • High school diploma or equivalent required; degree in hospitality or a related field preferred.
  • Ability to work a variety of shifts, including nights, weekends, and holidays.
  • Basic computer skills and proficiency in hotel software systems.
