We are seeking a highly experienced and skilled Senior Clinical Leader to join our team as Trust Lead for Advanced Clinical Practice. This is an exciting opportunity to lead the development and implementation of advanced practice education and roles, ensuring alignment with key national policies and policy frameworks.

Main Responsibilities
  • Lead the development and implementation of advanced practice education and roles, ensuring alignment with key national policies and policy frameworks.
  • Work closely with the Executive Chief Medical Officer and Executive Chief Nurse Officer to develop, lead, and implement the multi-professional advanced practice strategy.
  • Provide highly specialised and expert advice, education, consultancy, and clinical expertise to support the development of advanced practice across the trust.
  • Establish and maintain credible working relationships at all levels of the trust, working alongside the trust senior leadership team to guide and support divisional leadership teams in workforce transformation.
