Residential Development Site Coordinator Job Summary:

ARC (Norwich) is seeking an experienced Residential Development Site Coordinator to oversee residential construction projects from start to finish. The successful candidate will lead project activities, ensure timely completion within budget, and maintain high-quality standards.

About the Role:

  • Oversight of all site activities for residential construction projects
  • Project delivery on time, within budget, and to high-quality standards
  • Compliance with health, safety, and environmental regulations
  • Leadership and motivation of site teams, including subcontractors and trades
  • Excellent communication with clients, suppliers, and stakeholders
  • Project progress monitoring and reporting to senior management

Requirements:

  • Proven experience as a Residential Development Site Coordinator
  • Strong leadership and organizational skills
  • In-depth knowledge of health and safety regulations
  • Excellent communication and problem-solving abilities
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks and work efficiently

Salary Information:

£60,000 - £65,000 per annum, plus an attractive package.
