Job Description:

Futures Manufacturing is excited to be working with a multi-billion £ non-food FMCG business with a portfolio full of well-known brands we all use everyday. This business has a current global turnover of £3billion and UK turnover of £50million. Excellent opportunity to work across market leading brands and innovative products, that are available in over 160 countries globally.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement a comprehensive global sponsorship strategy aligned with the company's overall marketing and business objectives
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders, including sponsors, partners, and external agencies
  • Negotiate and manage sponsorship agreements, ensuring mutual benefits and compliance with contractual obligations
  • Oversee the planning, execution, and evaluation of sponsorship activities, including events, campaigns, and activations
  • Coordinate with internal teams and external partners to ensure seamless execution of sponsorship initiatives
  • Develop and manage the sponsorship budget, ensuring cost-effectiveness and ROI
  • Analyse and report on the effectiveness of sponsorship activities, using data and insights to inform future strategies

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field
  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in sponsorship management, marketing, or business development, preferably on a global scale
  • Ideally experience within the FMCG industry
  • Proven track record in developing and managing high-profile sponsorships and partnerships
  • Strong negotiation, communication, and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
