Next Christmas Sales Support Role

We are looking for enthusiastic and flexible team members to join our Next store team in the lead-up to Christmas. As a Christmas Support Team Member, you will be providing exceptional customer service, working closely with colleagues to ensure a smooth shopping experience, and contributing to the success of our End of Season Sale.
This is an exciting opportunity to work in a fast-paced retail environment, where no two days are ever the same. You will have the chance to develop your skills and knowledge, working with our amazing products and teams across the store.
As a key member of our sales floor team, you will be responsible for:
- Offering fast and friendly service to customers, helping them find the perfect products;
- Sharing your passion and knowledge about our products with customers and colleagues;
- Maintaining a clean and organized sales floor, ensuring a great shopping experience;
- Working in all areas of the store as needed, including stockrooms and processing deliveries;
- Supporting and communicating effectively with customers, colleagues, and managers;
To succeed in this role, you should possess excellent communication skills, a positive attitude, and a willingness to learn and adapt. You will be able to work flexibly, including evenings and weekends, and be comfortable working in a fast-paced environment.
