About the Role

Mace is seeking an experienced Stakeholder Management Advisor to join our Heathrow team. As a key member of our infrastructure projects, you will be responsible for developing and implementing stakeholder engagement strategies to ensure effective communication and collaboration with all relevant stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement stakeholder engagement plans and strategies for construction projects, aligning with project objectives and client requirements.
  • Identify key stakeholders, establish, and utilize current communication channels to facilitate ongoing dialogue and collaboration.
  • Build and maintain positive relationships with stakeholders, addressing concerns and managing expectations throughout the project lifecycle.
  • Coordinate stakeholder meetings, workshops, and events.
  • Gather feedback from stakeholders and incorporate it into project planning and decision-making processes.
  • Monitor and evaluate stakeholder engagement activities, providing regular reports and recommendations for improvement.
  • Work closely with project teams to ensure stakeholder requirements are integrated into project plans and activities.
  • Represent Mace at external events and forums, promoting our company values and contributing to industry discussions on stakeholder engagement best practices.
Requirements
  • Proven track record of successfully managing stakeholder relationships and delivering effective engagement strategies for construction projects.
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to communicate effectively with diverse stakeholders.
  • Strong organisational skills and attention to detail, with the ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities simultaneously.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team, demonstrating leadership, creativity, and a proactive approach to problem-solving.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft applications such as PowerPoint, Excel, and Word.
