The Role:

We are seeking an ambitious National Account Manager to join our team in Staines. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for managing a flexible mix of Top 4 Grocery multiples, building strong relationships with buyers, and growing revenue and repeat business.

  • Manage your own diary and spend time face-to-face and virtually with customers to build strong relationships.
  • Identify opportunities for category growth and new product sales, and develop and maintain relationships with top UK Grocery accounts.
  • Manage P&L at national account level, ensuring the growth and profitability of our business.

About You:

  • We are looking for switched-on, intelligent individuals with success in managing Grocery or Discounter partners.
  • Strong sales experience within an FMCG environment is beneficial, as is the ability to generate long-term business partnerships in an ever-changing product landscape.
  • You should be adaptable, likeable, and career-driven, with a strong ability to learn new ideas and concepts quickly.
