About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Deputy Director of Learning to join our team at Star Academies. As a Deputy Director of Learning, you will be responsible for leading and developing our English faculty, driving academic excellence and improving pupil outcomes.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement a curriculum that suits every type of learner and drives academic excellence.
  • Lead a successful faculty, drawing on your extensive teaching and leadership experience.
  • Coach and motivate colleagues to achieve individual and collective targets.
  • Experience of sustained delivery of outstanding attainment and achievement.
  • Experience of innovation and creativity to engage, enthuse and progress learners.
