This position transcends mere scheduling and encompasses assisting the Registered Care Manager with recruitment, business expansion, and ensuring the utmost quality of care delivery.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Deliver care and assistance to clients and caregivers within the community
  • Guarantee that clients receive exceptional care through efficient staff deployment
  • Perform direct assessments and supervision for care teams
  • Aid in the recruitment of new personnel and oversee the hiring process
  • Reevaluate clients to modify care plans as necessary
  • Identify new business prospects and contribute to branch development
  • Uphold outstanding customer service standards
Qualifications:
Level 3 Diploma in Adult Care or a commitment to obtain it
  • Familiarity with regulatory standards and best practices in the care industry
  • Supervisory experience within the care sector
  • Valid UK driving licence and personal vehicle
