About the Role:

As a Field Monitoring Officer, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the safety and security of our community by installing and decommissioning electronic monitoring equipment in the homes of individuals subject to electronic monitoring.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Install and decommission electronic monitoring equipment in homes of individuals subject to electronic monitoring
  • Visit homes of individuals on curfew to install and calibrate monitoring equipment
  • Install and maintain electronic monitoring devices
  • Collaborate with team members to ensure seamless operations and clear communication
  • Deliver exceptional customer service to individuals under electronic monitoring

Requirements:

  • Full UK driving license with no more than 9 points
  • Extensive travel within the UK, with a car and fuel provided for work purposes
  • No prior experience necessary, as we provide comprehensive training
  • BPSS clearance and full 3-year work history with gaps of over 28 days covered
  • Basic DBS clearance or willingness to obtain one
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with a high standard of verbal English
  • Ability to work flexibly, both independently and as part of a dynamic team
  • Keen attention to detail and strong problem-solving abilities

What We Offer:

  • A competitive pay rate of £12.92 per hour, dependent on shift
  • Overtime paid at 1.5 times the standard rate for Saturdays and double time for Sundays and bank holidays
  • 25 days of annual leave, plus 8 bank holidays
