Our client, a highly respected local government organisation, is seeking a dedicated individual to join their electronic tagging service team. As an Electronic Field Monitoring Officer, you will play a vital role in ensuring the safety and security of those who need it most.
Key Responsibilities:
- Install and decommission electronic monitoring equipment in the homes of individuals subject to electronic monitoring.
- Visit the homes of those on curfew to install and calibrate monitoring equipment, ensuring seamless operations.
- Collaborate with team members to ensure clear communication and effective operations.
- Deliver exceptional customer service to individuals under electronic monitoring.
Requirements:
- Full UK Driving Licence - Manual (not automatic) - No more than 9 points.
- Ability to travel within the UK - Car and fuel provided for work purposes.
- BPSS clearance - Full 3-year work history with gaps over 28 days covered.
- DBS clearance (or a willingness to obtain one).
- Outstanding communication and interpersonal skills with an excellent standard of verbal English.
- Ability to work flexibly, both independently and as part of a dynamic team.
- Keen attention to detail and strong problem-solving abilities.
