Electronic Field Monitoring Officer

Are you passionate about making a real impact in your community? Our client, a highly respected local government organisation, is seeking a dedicated individual to join their electronic tagging service team. As an Electronic Field Monitoring Officer, you will play a vital role in ensuring the safety and security of those who need it most.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Install and decommission electronic monitoring equipment in the homes of individuals subject to electronic monitoring.
  • Visit the homes of those on curfew to install and calibrate monitoring equipment, ensuring seamless operations.
  • Collaborate with team members to ensure clear communication and effective operations.
  • Deliver exceptional customer service to individuals under electronic monitoring.

Requirements:

  • Full UK Driving Licence - Manual (not automatic) - No more than 9 points.
  • Ability to travel within the UK - Car and fuel provided for work purposes.
  • BPSS clearance - Full 3-year work history with gaps over 28 days covered.
  • DBS clearance (or a willingness to obtain one).
  • Outstanding communication and interpersonal skills with an excellent standard of verbal English.
  • Ability to work flexibly, both independently and as part of a dynamic team.
  • Keen attention to detail and strong problem-solving abilities.
