Coforge is a leading company in the ServiceNow ecosystem, and we are seeking a seasoned professional to drive growth and market penetration across Europe as our AVP - ServiceNow Sales.
In this role, you will play a critical part in identifying new opportunities, nurturing client relationships, and collaborating closely with ServiceNow field sales teams to deliver industry-leading solutions.
As a ServiceNow Sales Leader, you will be responsible for developing and executing market development strategies for ServiceNow solutions, focusing on technology workflows, industry workflows, and creator workflows. You will also cultivate and maintain strategic relationships with ServiceNow field sales teams and other key stakeholders to drive joint sales opportunities and expand Coforge's market presence.
This role requires strong knowledge of the ServiceNow ecosystem and client pain points, as well as exceptional relationship-building skills and the ability to articulate the value of ServiceNow solutions in solving client challenges.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute market development strategies for ServiceNow solutions
- Cultivate and maintain strategic relationships with ServiceNow field sales teams
- Collaborate with internal teams to align Coforge's offerings with market demand and ServiceNow's go-to-market strategy
- Manage the sales process from lead generation through close, ensuring client satisfaction and long-term partnership
The ideal candidate will have 5+ years of collaborative selling experience with ServiceNow field sales teams in UK & Europe, with a demonstrable track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
