About the Role

Spreetail is a leading ecommerce company that propels brands to increase their market share across the globe while improving operational costs. We are seeking an Employee Experience Coordinator to join our People & Culture team in Europe.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement employee experience strategies in Europe, including internal communications, engagement programs, onboarding, and offboarding.
  • Own and manage the end-to-end Fulfillment Center recruitment process for Europe.
  • Provide HR administration and support, including system approvals and changes.
  • Support the EU Director of HR with payroll updates.
  • Serve as the primary point of contact for HR queries from employees in Europe.
Requirements
  • 1-2+ years of experience in HR and Talent Acquisition.
  • Track record of coordinating employee engagement initiatives.
  • Experience working with HR and Talent Acquisition systems (ideally Dayforce & Lever).
  • High attention to detail.
