Key Responsibilities- Develop and implement employee experience strategies in Europe, including internal communications, engagement programs, onboarding, and offboarding.
- Own and manage the end-to-end Fulfillment Center recruitment process for Europe.
- Provide HR administration and support, including system approvals and changes.
- Collaborate with the EU Director of HR to manage payroll updates.
- Serve as the primary point of contact for HR queries from employees in Europe.
- 1-2+ years of experience in HR and Talent Acquisition.
- Track record of coordinating employee engagement initiatives.
- Experience working with HR and Talent Acquisition systems, preferably Dayforce and Lever.
- High attention to detail.
