Rayleigh, Essex, United Kingdom Teaching Personnel Full time

At Teaching Personnel, we are seeking an Education Support Specialist to join our team of dedicated professionals. As a key member of our team, you will play a vital role in supporting students and teachers in secondary schools across the Southend/Rayleigh area.

The successful candidate will have a keen interest in education and a desire to gain valuable experience in a classroom environment. You will work on a daily basis, providing cover for absent teachers and ensuring that students continue to receive high-quality education.

We offer a competitive salary of £250-£500 per week, paid via PAYE on a weekly basis, making this an attractive opportunity for graduates or individuals looking to boost their teaching skills. With full-time/part-time positions available, you can choose the work that suits your needs.

Schools are increasingly relying on cover teachers to manage classrooms in the absence of a class teacher. As an Education Support Specialist, you will be responsible for supervising and managing a classroom, ensuring pre-prepared class work is complete and maintaining good behaviour in accordance with school guidelines.

This role provides a platform to enhance your career further in education, gain valuable experiences, and receive ongoing training courses and CPD opportunities. We welcome applications from graduate candidates or those with behavioural management experience who are confident in their abilities within a classroom-based environment.
