Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Financial Accountant Assistant to join our Shared Services Centre R2R team. As a key member of our finance team, you will provide critical support to our Financial Accountants, ensuring all financial, management, and statutory accounting requirements are met for our global operations.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Ensure compliance with local legislation and fiscal requirements for our global operations.
  • Prepare and review monthly management accounts, operating expenses, group projects, and exceptional items.
  • Collaborate with our AP and AR teams to ensure accurate and efficient period close processes.
  • Communicate regularly with local leadership and Group finance teams to ensure seamless financial operations.
  • Develop and maintain accounting principles, practices, and procedures to ensure accurate and timely financial statements.
  • Protect company assets by enforcing controls and company policies.
  • Ensure all Balance Sheet reconciliations are completed on a monthly basis.
  • Proactively support the communication of deviations from expected financial performance.
  • Drive best practice across the business.
  • Provide support on ad-hoc reporting and analysis requested by our global businesses.
