Job SummaryWe are looking for an experienced and motivated nurse with excellent leadership skills to coordinate our community nursing teams. As a Nurse Team Coordinator, you will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of the team, ensuring seamless delivery of services to our clients and communities. Key Responsibilities- Coordinate the work of the community nursing teams, ensuring efficient and effective delivery of services

To be successful in this role, you will need:
- A degree in Nursing (RGN/RMN) with current registration with the NMC
- Experience in community nursing, preferably in a leadership or management capacity
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with colleagues, patients, and families
- Strong leadership and coordination skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks, manage multiple projects, and meet deadlines
