Job Title: Internal Account Manager

We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Internal Account Manager to join our team at Glen Callum Associates Ltd. As an Internal Account Manager, you will play a critical role in supporting our UK sales team and driving business growth through exceptional customer service and sales support.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Support the UK sales team in delivering seamless sales and account management support across UK business functions.
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with customers to increase sales and drive business growth.
  • Process orders and provide excellent customer service to ensure customer satisfaction.
  • Identify opportunities to increase sales and develop strategies to achieve sales targets.
  • Work closely with the sales team to ensure effective communication and collaboration.
Requirements:
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize tasks effectively.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office and other relevant software.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
