We are seeking an experienced Administrative Officer to join our client HM Courts & Tribunals Service (HMCTS) as a temporary full-time role via Brook Street. This position is expected to last 4 to 6 months with a possibility of extension.
Key Responsibilities:- Support the administrative team by processing Civil / County work and data input, case creation, orders, and potentially court clerking.
- Process Court orders, liaise with parties within the court, and upload documents onto electronic systems/databases.
- Scanning documents, transferring files, and contacting relevant parties, scheduling, serving court documents, executing warrants, collecting fines and fees, and using chip and pin.
- Work in the office, not remotely, and maintain good communication skills via telephone, email, and with remote workforce.
- Good Excel skills and organisational abilities.
- Ability to work on own initiative and communicate efficiently.
- Salary: £11.59 per hour.
- Pension scheme and holiday benefits.
- 37 hours per week, Monday to Friday, 09:00-17:00.
A DBS check will be required before starting the role, and security checks will be conducted. The start date will be pending the completion of these checks.
