Senior Lettings and Sales Executive

We are looking for a highly skilled Senior Lettings Manager to join our Newbury Branch. As an award-winning estate agency, we offer a structured career path up to regional management level.

Key Responsibilities:

  • To create the largest active market share of any agent in the area
  • To maximise revenues and grow the property register as the main instruction taker for the branch
  • Develop strong working relationships with clients to encourage repeat business and recommendations
  • Ensure branch profit is maximised and all financial targets are achieved
  • Manage employee performance through regular 1:1's, reviews and morning meetings
  • Drive results through effective team management, action planning and delivery of plans

The Successful Candidate:

  • Previous experience in estate agency and customer service required
  • Proven track record of achieving targets and growing revenue streams
  • Able to work effectively as part of a team, leading by example
  • Motivated and enthusiastic with a passion for delivering exceptional results
  • High standards of service and presentation
  • Excellent organisational skills
  • Strong ideas and initiatives for market growth
  • A car owner with a full driving licence
  • Business use insurance and the right to work in the UK
