This role involves advising clients on welfare benefits, housing, training and employment opportunities, and helping them develop competency and confidence to move to independent living.

The successful candidate will have transferable skills, a positive attitude and the ability to work shifts on a 7-day rota system.

A competitive salary of £30,000 - £35,000 per annum is offered, along with a comprehensive benefits package.
