About the Role

We are seeking a qualified solicitor with a strong academic record and experience in contentious trade marks to join our market-leading IP team.

As a junior associate, you will work on multiple, fast-moving and complex matters, often involving international disputes, and always with a commercial outcome in mind.

You will be involved in contentious trade mark matters, as well as design and copyright matters, for clients in the media, entertainment and technology sectors.

Our team provides a one-stop-shop for IP services, advising on the full spectrum of legal issues related to IP rights, with a busy litigation and disputes practice, integrated trade mark and design portfolio practice, and significant advisory and commercial work.

We regularly act in disputes and litigation for household names, analysing complex legal issues, providing strategic advice, and enabling clients to enforce and defend their rights.

You will work closely with partners across the team, enjoying supervision from leading IP partners and benefiting from their expertise to develop your career.

We aim to build teams that are diverse in thought, perspective and experience to provide a more rounded service to our internal and external clients.

We operate a discretionary hybrid working model, allowing up to 2 days per week working from home.
